One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when starting to grow their business online is they sit back and take the passive activities, thinking that will be enough to help them attract prospects and grow their team quickly.
Attraction marketing is important. Branding yourself is important. And over time you will begin to have more and more prospects reaching out to you asking for more information — but you cannot sit back and wait for that day!
Active Prospecting — consistently inviting new people to look at your business, and leading them through your follow up steps through to enrollment — is essential if you want to grow your business. Active prospecting develops your skillset, bolsters your mindset, and puts you in a position to quickly teach those who join you how to create success.
Even today, with as many people as my Mom and I have reaching out to us on a weekly basis, we still actively prospect so we can grow your business more quickly, stay in tune with what’s working best, and lead our team most effectively.

Posture and Powerful Closing Questions
One of the most powerful lessons you can learn as you work to grow your business is to remain unattached the outcome as you prospect. Whether someone says yes or no… quits or stays in forever… does what you teach them to do or never does a thing… it doesn’t matter.
Why? Because you will succeed with our without them.
That may sound harsh, but it’s true. Once you adopt the mindset that your own success is inevitable, and that you are going to create the success you desire with or without any one person, you will be 10x more effective in your prospecting efforts.
Having strong posture and asking the right questions will help you prospect, follow up and enroll like a professional. It will give you the confidence to work the numbers until you find the people who are looking and willing to work as hard as you do.

The final strategy I have for you today is the most valuable. And that is, the most important sale you’ll ever make is when you sell yourself.
When you sell out to what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and the power of the network marketing profession, you will become unstoppable.
Distraction, fear and inaction will melt away — your vision will pull you into action and will minimize any obstacle that tries to stand in your way.
To sell yourself you have to commit to daily personal and professional development — feed your mindset and grow your skillset because your business will only grow as fast as you do. Surround yourself with people who are cheering for you to succeed — and if you don’t have those people in your life, seek out people through social media who get what you’re doing and will support you on your journey. Get yourself to events, no matter what… to help get the business from your head to your heart.
